Outlook incompleted tasks has strike through

Outlook 2016 incompleted tasks has strike through as if it has been completed. I have remove the ost files and the task are the same. I have change the conditional formatting to remove the strike through but the percentage reads 100% like has been completed. How do I resolve this?
 
Its showing 0% with the strike through the task. No, the tasks are under the task checkbox option in outlook 2016.
