Using Outlook 365, I am entering contacts in a group with just Full Name, Home Address, File As, email address, and phone number(s). Most of the entries are added to the group without a problem (the "header" at the top says (none): 91 item(s). However, some entries are added to the group under another "header" that also reads (none): 8 item(s). I don't know why they are stored separately; if I select all and try to drag them to the upper group, it does not work. Below is a screenshot of what I am describing (data is redacted). Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I need to do to merge these two groups together? Thanks in advance.
