Combine colums to an from into one column

Hey there! Happy new year!

Inside Thunderbird there is a column "participants" or maybe "recipients", which combine the two columns To and From. This is really usefull, because I organize me sent and my received mails inside the same folder to have to whole communication in one place. But two columns are a bit annoying.

Is there a way to combine theses two columns?
