Combine Outlook Task Folders into one View (Outlook 2013)

Hi,

I use within Outlook 2013 for different Projects different Task folders. The problem now is, that I can not see all the open tasks within one view. Is there any way?

I already did some research in the internet, but I was not successful. But, Diane - you already answered the same question for a different Outlook version (http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/combine-outlook-task-folders-into-one-view-t3723937.html). Unfortunately I'm not able to transfer that to Outlook 2013 :-( Maybe my English skills are to bad or this functions are not any more in the version 2013 of Outlook).

Can anybody help please? Every hint would be highly appreciated.

Sorry about that, I've been swamped and my helpers apparently aren't helping. :)

You actually have a couple or 3 of ways-

A custom to-do list view that shows only tasks

Advanced find - search ribbon, Search tools or Ctrl+Shift+F

Instant search - can use vba to make it one button easy.

My preference is to use a custom to-do list view because it is fairly persistent. You can switch folders and return and the view should stick until you change it. if not, it's 1 click to change views. Instant search needs to be re-run.
