I've been reading this very helpful page:-

- and I notice that under the "Save as a template or publish the form?" heading, it says:-
"The screenshot below is of the Contacts form in design mode. Note that the Contact form looks like the old Outlook 2002 (and older) forms. As long as you don't edit the first page, it will retain the look of Microsoft Outlook 2003 Contact forms and up when published."
But I WANT to edit the first page! I just want to put in a couple of extra fields and shrink the notes area a bit, without disturbing the rest of the form. But I don't want that old-fashioned form that I'm forced to publish. (I'm not new to this, I've created many forms, but I've never tried to manipulate the existing form in this way.) The worst thing is not being to put the business card into the new form. If I bite the bullet and accept losing the nice form, is there any way that the card can be inserted? (And why do Microsoft do this? WHY can't we edit this form?!)
