I had the same problem on one of my employees computer. I ended up calling

microsoft. A guy in India took control of the computer and tried everything.

after 1.5 hours he ended up uninstalling SQL by hand by going into the

registery. he then reinstalled SQL and BCM and it worked fine. Cost me $49

flat fee and was worth every penny.

Hi,

Can you post the error that you aer getting in the log file, may be

that would do some help. As Mike has said, you can also remove sql

server, clean the registry and try installing it again from your side.

If that works, definitely that is goind to save a few bugs.
