1 user account not working - SQL Permissions

Hi, I've recently upgraded a clients Outlook07 database to run on sbs2008 /
sql2005.
I have 1 user who is unable to connect with outlook07, i've tested working
accounts on the users workstation which can connect, and the users account on
different machines and the user account cannot connect.
I've run the BCM Data base tool to set the permissions, and also confirmed
in SQL that the account as permissions.
The user happens to be the owner of the company, which is not good.

Any ideas what permissions I may be missing for this user?
Any permission troubleshooting tips?

If you have a workgroup LAN, then the user name and password on the
client and server machines must match.

If that's not the answer, have that user try to connect directly to
the database without BCM (e.g. using sqlsmd, osql, or sql server mgmt
studio), and see what kind of error is returned.
