Outlook Scheduling Assistant issue

Hello,

I have one user on Outlook 2007 that does not see All Attendees for a meeting. The user can see the creator and himself but nobody else who is attending the meeting. We are running Exchange 2010. I can't figure out if it is an Exchange issue or a setting in Outlook 2007.

Where doesn't he see them? Can anyone else see the invitees?

He does not seem them under the All Attendees list. Other users who respond to the meeting request see him, but he can't see who will attend the meeting.
