Attaching email conversations to tasks

Is there a way to attach an email conversation to a task? I know how to attach documents and contacts, but I have multiple conversations with the same people and I would like to be able to attach a conversation to a task.
 
You can attachment messages in the conversation, but not a conversation as you see it in the conversation view. THe insert outlook item dialog doesn't support the conversation view - you'll need to group by subject and will only get the items in that folder - so you need ot repeat it for sent items.
