Outlook Disappeared from MAC applications

New here! All of a sudden, there was no Outlook Icon on my screen. I checked applications, and there was NO Outlook in the Applications! I "got in" by finding an old email and clicking on that.

I have NO idea what caused that and no idea what to do. I did not uninstall Outlook!
