Earlier this year we switched to a hosted Microsoft Exchange service. One of our users has created a user field within his contacts that he has populated and uses in a custom view. When he brings up the custom view that he created, the value of the user created field is blank for the contacts that were created before we switched to the new service. When I look at the individual contact record I can see the custom field populated with the appropriate value. This has created a problem because when he uses mail merge the values are also not populating in the old contacts.
