Event ID issues

Outlook 2016 32 bit

Office 365 Exchange
I am receiving the following error on a Windows Server 2012 machine; "SYST-E-8390 Notification email for recipient alerts@noname.com with delivery using SMTP server "smtp.office365.com:587/none": send FAIL"

Any help to re mediate the Event ID 8390 would be much appreciated.
 
It is a service using O365, I just can't trace it back to the service. The bosses say it's not so important. Thanks for the response.
