Save Attachments Event?

Hi

I want to write some code that triggers when I save attachments from mail. The code with capture the path where the file is saved and put it in the email. I have found an event mailitem.beforeattachmentsave but I don't know the syntax to trap this event. can someone please help me understand how to trap this event.
