I have a team of 15 people using outlook to send a document to various parties and upon their approval or changes made in the form the team needs to work further on those documents. Is there any functionality or software through which I can achieve the below results:
1. A workflow can be seen with columns showing which mails have been responded and which are pending to be responded
2. All mails needs to be responded within 5 days so we can see the date and time of mail sent and the response received
3. Mails which have not been responded in 4 days a reminder mail should be sent (not a compulsory requirement)
4. Reports can be pulled out
5. We can put a unique identifier code in the subject line to track the email
6. For emails on which multiple to and fro have happened; it can be seen in the workflow
