shift-alt d creates a dynamic self updating date. so does just starting to type the current date.
But most of the time I want a static date to document the date i entered some info into the notes
a. is there a keyboard shortcut to enter a static today date?
b. is there a setting to make shift-alt d static
comment: supposedly Ctrl F11 will lock the date. But it doesn't consistently do that for me
Shift F9 is supposed to update locked dates
