adding anniversary dates in outlook

Hi Guys,

The issue I have is when ever I try to add an anniversary date for a contact, I am able to save the date and it shows in the contact table. But when ever I sync Outlook to my Hotmail account, the date disappears from the contact form. I have the same issue if I save the anniversary date in my iphone and sync it via iTunes, the date appears in Outlook.But when I sync to Hotmail the date disappears from the contact form. So when I sync my iphone the date is removed from there too. Does anybody have a solution to this? I had the same issue with outlook 2007, upgraded to 2010 and as the problem bugs me so much I'm contemplating upgrading to 2013.But fear I may have the same issue as before

Hi,

All other fields and dates are replicating fine to Hotmail and to my other devices bar the anniversary date
