Blind copy and contact help

Hi there, my boss has asked me to help her out with something and I am stumped.

Problem number one: There are times when she sends a email to someone and blind copies herself. However, when searching for the email in her inbox it does not show up if you search via name. It will however show up if she searches in all folders. Is there a way to fix this so they show up in her inbox?

Problem number two. She entered in a contact. GBS Technical Support. When you search contacts under GBS it will not show up. If you search contacts under support it does. Any way to make it search under GBS?

#1: What is she searching on? I'm assuming the all mail results finds the Sent item, not the BCC.

#2: Open the contact - is the GBS Tech in the Full name field or Company name? If full name, click on the Full name button - what fields are the words in?
 
She is searching her incoming email folder. Where the item should be if she blind copies herself right? It would be sent to herself also right? However, it does not show up until she clicks down on search all mail items.

Thanks to you we figured out the GBS thing. It was using Support as a last name. THANKS
 
She is actually searching for the name of the person who it was sent to. And it does not show up unless she clicks the view all folders.
 
It should be found - because the recipients name is on the message. When it finds a message in the all folders search, is it the sent message, the bcc copy, or both? Does the BCC message group in the message list with the message she is replying to?
