How to forward all e-mails from one address to five (5) other e-mail address?

Hello,




I am using Outlook for two yaers now and it's working great. I use outlook 2007 and POP3 account. I have idea which will help me and by work colegues in future work. I would like when I receive message on e-mail address myemail@mycompany.com that e-mail message be send automatically at same time on five (5) other e-mail addresses (five (5) other e-mails from my colegues).




How can I achieve that?




Any help is appreciated and many thanks in advance.

If your POP server supports rules, we recommend setting up rules on the server - the messages will be forwarded as they arrive, not when Outlook downloads them. Otherwise, you can create a rule in Outlook to forward the messages. Select or type all 5 addresses in the address field of the rule, separating them with ; (semicolon).
