UDFs Reply vs Forward

Hello to all,

I use a UDF called "Summary" to create a short summary of the email's topic. However only when I forward the message, I am able to keep the UDF on my copy the fwd message, if I reply or reply to all, I lose it.

To fwd all messages instead of reply is a lot of more work.

Is there any way to keep the UDF on my copy of the replied msg? Anything I can do on the outlook form?

Thanks for the answer, but I dont use a customized form, but instead I fill the UDFs with in line editing on the main window of Outlook. When I forward a message the UDFs (summary and Resp in the screenshot) do get copied with the copy of the sent message. If I just reply, the udfs do no get transferred to the copy of the sent message but shows up blank.

Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.
