Extract email address from body and auto-reply outlook

Hi there,
I am trying to extract an email address from the body of an email and auto-reply using a template. I have an online store (www.thetechthread.com), and from time to time I receive messages from customers through a contact form. The message notification comes through shopify (The host of my store) at mailer@shopify.com, and in the message includes the customers email. I want to be able to identify that email, and automatically reply using a template to that email. Is this possible? Also, I have no experience with VBA so would appreciate an answer.

Sorry I missed this (I guess spammers are good for a little something!) - see Run a script rule: Autoreply using a template for solutions. There is one macro on that page that grabs info from the web form to use in the reply.
