Macro to periodically sort emails by flag status?

I get a ton of emails and, as much as I've tried, I simply don;t have the organizational skills to sort emails into folders, etc.

So, I find emails I need to act on getting buried easily and never returned to.

I would love to be able to flag an email, and then have a macro that would automatically sort once or twice a day so that all flagged emails are on top and all other emails are in received order - newest on top.

Is this possible?

I don't think a "view" or custom arrangement would work, because I often sort to find various emails, so I would like it to automatically sort by flag status to "reset" the view - reminding me of emails I need to respond to.
