Outlook deleting emails

I have Outlook 2010 and after about a ten days it deletes my emails. I don't want my emails deleted. I refer back to them. I have tried to do what has been suggested in this forum, but when I go press "Change" for my email accounts, I don't have the "don't delete from server" box. What do I do?? Thanks!!
 
Messages in all folders are deleted after 10 days? IMAP accounts don't have a delete from server option, its a server-based account and mail shouldn't be deleted at all.

Are you sure the mail is deleted and not hidden?

who is your email host?
 
I have not been able to locate it. There isn't anything archived. I just need to figure out how to get it to stop deleting my emails. Any advice? My web host is RagesW. Thanks!
 
My Android phone is the only other computer checking. I had fixed this once before but had to have my hard drive replaced and am having to start over. :(

Where are you pressing Change? POP3 accounts have a setting to delete mail from server after 14 days. That is in File, Account Settings, double click on the account, then More Settings, Advanced. But it is not available if you are using IMAP. Your symptoms do seem to indicate that a POP3 account could be responsible.

I know some phones will delete appointments from outlook as they age off the device - it's possible they could do the same with an email account. But if it worked before an nothing changed on the phone, and you had to reconfigure everything on the computer, it points to the computer as the problem.
