Deleting AOL Emails form Outlook 2010 or 2013

Hi All, I have set up outlook to access my AOL email and all seems to be working like I want except for 1 thing. I can see 83 emails in my INBOX in both AOL and Outlook. When I delete 1 email from the AOL browser it will delete that 1 email from both AOL email and outlook email, But when I delete an email using outlook, that same email is not deleted from AOL email. I want to be able to use outlook when I am using my personal laptop at home and have outlook delete each email I delete from both outlook and AOL and visa versa, How do I get this to work? Thanks
