Deleting Email from Exchange Server

I use Outlook 2013 and recently switched to Office 365 (set up through my GoDaddy account)
I have an email account set up with it and everything works fine.

I use a laptop, Surface2 (with Outlook 2013) and an android phone.
When I delete individual emails on my smartphone, it's set to delete messages on the server. That way I don't have to delete the same email when I get back to the office on the laptop.

My question is: Is there are way to have the same type setup on the laptop (and Surface2), to have Outlook delete that message from the server so it wipes it from the phone and Surface2?

It may be something simple...but I can't find it anywhere.
 
When you delete mail from an exchange mailbox, it deletes it from the server - its not a setting, it's automatic. When you use Exchange, you are syncing a copy of the mailbox down to outlook and all changes sync up to the server.
