VBS Script: How to execute in Outlook

I am trying to export emails from outlook inbox, and I found the following VBS Script:

I don't know much about how VBS scripts work. Can someone help direct me in the proper direction to execute this script?

Diane, I tried it out and it worked beautifully. I didn't realize that you wrote those articles too. Thanks for that.

Do any of those scripts for a one step export that includes subfolders?
