Refresh Outlook

Hi All,

I am a newbie so be gentle with me....
My problem is that I want to restart Outlook completely fresh as if it were the initial install with no references or folders etc.
I have tried deleting Office with Revo Uninstall and deleting all the left over files.
After re-installing Office I find that all previous folders references etc. are still there.
Is there somewhere in my computer that Outlook stores its information and if so can I delete it.
Getting very frustrated
Please help.

It's in the profile. You can delete the profiles in Control panel, search for Mail then click Profiles. Before you do this, if you have any calendar or contacts in the imap folders named Calendar (this computer only) or Contacts (this computer only), you need to export them to a pst file. (Same for Notes or tasks in 'this computer only' folders)
