Outlook Database to a non-Outlook PC

How do I (can I?) send an Outlook Database to someone NOT running Outlook? I can find how to export/import Notes but not how to Export/Import a database. Does the receiver of the database need a database app to open it?
 
I can find how to copy a pst and I can copy/paste notes. I haven't found how to copy/paste or export all entries in just one folder? in the database. Almost 700 entries so I have no interest in copy/paste each entry in the folder.
Email client is Thunderbird or eM.
 
eM client can import Outlook - I'm assuming it needs outlook installed to complete the import, so you should be able to install eM on the computer with Outlook and move it's database to another computer. I've never moved the eM database, so i don't know what is involved but exporting to another format from the eM client might work also. (I just crashed eM and it takes forever to rebuild the database - will check the export options when it is reloaded.)
 
One part of my problem is EXportimg a database from Outlook. Can't find how to do it. To be sure we're talking about the same thing, be patient . . .
In Outlook, in the Folder List (left pane), I have "Personal Folders." Under "Personal Folders" is "Database Items," and under "Database Items" is a list of folders(?). I want to export only one of those folders. Export Wizard doesn't appear to let me select one folder. And with 700 entries in the folder, cut/paste is not an option.
 
No idea what BCM is so I'll say no. Opps, my bad. It's "Database." Below that is "Deleted Items." Sorry.
Add-ins? Only one I know is "New SMS message" which I never use.
 
So it's at the same level as the inbox and other default folders, not at the same level as the 'Personal Folders' pst file? All of the Export options will let you choose a folder to export - if you are exporting mail, a pst probably the best method as email header information can be lost in CSV.
 
AH-HA!!!!!! I saw the "Export to a file" and stopped. Shows my genius.
But that leads to another question.
Exported a file. Assume a database with two fields - subject and body. Export feature works but truncates the body. Thus,
Subject: Preamble
Body: We the people of the United States . . .
after export, becomes
Subject: Preamble
Body: We the people
The remainder is missing. Any ideas? Note: Opened the CSV in Excel.
