Outlook 2016 64 bit
Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
I was disappointed that their Quick Text app won't allow me to insert text in the subject line of an email that I received, one can only insert the text while composing,replying or forwarding the emails.

I spend a lot of time appending short repetitive comments such as ok/lsr <date> at end of subject lines of received emails before I archive the emails.

Any other utils out there to insert text that might work?
