Starting Outlook 2013 x64 minimized in Win 8 with or without Task manager

Hello! I have been attempting to start Outlook 2013 minimized for about 3 hours now. I have done extensive googling to no avail. What I have found does not work on my system, I am using Win 8 Pro WMC. I have tried the shortcut method and the Task scheduler method. Maybe I am doing things wrong? Can anyone please help me?

I have "Hide when minimized" checked on my system tray icon.

That's not the same thing that you say not to use correct?

Where is the minimize to tray option, in the shortcut "properties" ?

Also, I believe my outlook does start up in the inbox.
