I would like to create a new field for all contacts named "Rating" or something similar. I would like it to be a 2-character text field that will appear on the General data entry form for all contacts. I also want it to appear on the contact list form and be sortable and filterable.
I defined a user-defined field for one contact, but it only appears on that one contact. How do I get it to exist for all contacts?
I also couldn't get it to appear on the General form, only on the All Fields form.
