Outlook Crash on referencing forms

Alright, bear with me because I only have a vague understanding of my problem.

I have a user who's Outlook hangs for several minutes whenever she tries to preview or open an email who's message class is not "IPM.Note". Doesn't matter which message class it is, as long as it's not "IPM.Note". I didn't know what message classes were all about, in my research I learned they're related to forms so I investigated these two forms related options:

-File > Options > Advanced > Custom Forms > Manage Forms
-Right-Click 'Inbox' > Properties > Select 'Forms' in the drop down labeled "When posting to this folder, use:"

In both those instances, when I clicked 'Manage Forms' in the first one or when I selected 'Forms' in the drop down box in the second, Outlook hung for several minutes in the same way it does when trying to open an email. I have peformed the following troubleshooting steps:

-Restarted the computer
-Rolled back all windows updates from on and after the date the issue began
-Installed all latest windows updates
-Deleted and recreated the user's .OST
-Deleted and recreated the user's profile
-Repaired the Office 2010 install
-Uninstalled and reinstall Office 2010
-Deleted C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT
-Deleted C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office 14\FORMS\1033

Where are the forms published, her mailbox or the Organizational Forms Library?

Is there anything special about the forms - view controls, other potentially slow loading controls.

Did you move the mailbox to a new server? It sounds like Outlook is trying to find the forms and it's not being routes to the right place, which is not uncommon following server moves.
