In the contact card details for my outlook contacts there are fields for email 2 and email 3. I have these populated with extra email addresses. I want to send an email to a group of persons, sorted by categorys they are assigned to, but using the email 2 address instead of the email. When i select the category and create a new mail it always populates to 'To' field with the email addresses of the contacts. Can i make it populate the 'To' field with email 2 instead. I understand that each person could be added manually but i have over 200 people in each of the categorys.
