Automatically pick up Recipient's Name on the Body of the Email Message

Dear All,

Could someone please assist on creating a pre-made template for automatic replies?

Ideally, what I would need to accomplish is on the body of the message. I would like to have the recipient’s name to automatically be part of the message plus the regular message that will be applied on every response everytime I hit the “Reply” button. The only thing that would change is the recipient’s name but the body would be the same.

Example:

To… sample@sample.com
Message.. ‘Test’

Body:
Dear Sample [To!.Recipient],

This is a test.

Thank you,

John

Do you want to include the original message in the reply? It might be easier to use a template with the body in it - you can insert the body text using code but it harder to get the formatting right if you need to insert a lot of text.

The sender's name is oItem.sender or item.sendername. Insert the body as oresponse.body = "Dear " & item.sendername & "," & vbcrlf & vbcrlf & "This is a test." If you use a template, you'd use bookmarks.
