Hello:

I currently upgraded to Outlook 2013 and I think I religiously followed the instructions in:
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olc-hotmail/sync-calendar-contacts-using-outlook-com/
to setup my EAS account, POP3 accounts which is where I receive 100% of my email, etc. It looks like I have the setup described in the video.

I am at the point where my online calendar appears to be my primary calendar (the one I see in my To-do when I read my POP3 email) and I would like this to be the only calendar I have to deal with. However:
* If I receive a calendar invitation in my POP3 email, outlook still wants to use the calendar associated with that POP3 email and not store the invitation in the default Outlook online calendar (even though the online calendar data file is set as default).
* I would like to avoid to manually have to move each one of these invitations from one calendar to another

Is there a way to make sure the email based invitations land in the EAS calendar automatically? Or did I miss a beat? I used to rely on CodeTwo foldersync before, but this doesn't seem to work in Outlook 2013 anymore.

Thank you. I think I have run out of ideas.

Foldersync should work in 2013 - the other option is to delete the calendar (and contacts) folder from the pst file - you'll need to use mfcmapi to delete it since the data file was previously set as default. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/delete-outlooks-default-folders/ for the steps. (Make a copy of the pst before you do this, so you have some insurance if you need it.)

Thank you for the answer, Diane.

Interestingly enough, if I delete the calendar and contacts from the PST file (that worked very well), the invitations I accept en up in the online calendar (as you predicted, as it is the only calendar left), but never get sync'd with OOL even if I wait long enough. They still do not sync even if I end up making changes to the body of the invitations later and seem to remain items that I can only see in Outlook 2013.
All other calendar items that I create continue to sync automatically.

Is there anything I am missing?
Any help appreciated. Thank you
