OUTLOOK TEMPLATES ARE NOT SAVED IN SENT FOLDER

Hello.

I started using templates to save time, and the sent templates appeared on the sent items until a week ago.

Now I cannot find in my sent folders or in my outlook sent items, and they don´t even appear on my search tool (this only happens with templates. It works when I send or reply normal messages).

The recepients DO receive the emails with no problem, it´s just that I cannot view the original message.

Is there a way to fix this and recover all the past sent mails?


Assistance is greatly appreciated!


Note: So far I have tried three advices but with no results: 1. I have created a new sent folder and selected it, 2. I made sure the email option in outlook "save send messages in sent folder" is marked; and 3. I´ve deleted the email account and reinstalled it.
 
I'll have to test this and see if i can repro. They should be in the sent folder with the other sent items. Are you using oft files or did you publish the template as a custom form?
