I want to be able to use templates in outlook since I am so often sending the same message. I have learned how to create one and save it as a template on my pc, and utilize it by accessing "New > Choose From> user Templates in FileSytem. That works.

But want I want is to save a copy of this template in one of my outlook folders (like the "Stationary" folder) in the form of an outlook message where I and others can use this by simply editing it and sending the email. This is important since this is an Outlook shared mailbox. Any idea how to do this? --Thanks
