Outlook 2007 appontment templates

I would like to create an appointment template where the date would be variable but the time would be fixed. I currently am using Outlook 2007. I have researched the web extensively and am unable to find a good explanation on how to do this that is understandable to a novice geek like myself. Is there anyone out there who can help me with this problem?

It's not possible to do this unless you use a script - the date and time are not stored in a template. UnfortunATELY, I don't have a script available and don't know of any available.




if you want to save time, type times as basic numbers: 330 or 330p instead of 3:30 PM or selecting it from the time picker. For whole hours, you can use one number: 2 or 2p. In my experiece, a or p is only needed for times outside of your work hours.
