hello there !
name's michael and i would seek your help. I have 2 email addresses in my outlook 2013, but all emails are being replied from the 1st account exclusively - i must change the "from" account manually in order to correct it and i was asked to try to fix that.
basically i would need the outlook to choose the proper "from" account on its own - so for emails from 1st@gmail.com it would replied using the 1st@gmail account and for emails from 2nd@gmail.com account it would use the 2nd@gmail.com (is it possible ot add custom "ReplyAll" button that has the VBA script that configures the accounts ? for example: IF email was sent to this address THEN use THAT account - sorry, i can't script but that describes what i'm after)
I have reviewed that topic already: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/email/choose-the-account-to-send-a-reply-from/ - but i can't make much out of it - the vba script was added to the quick toolbar but doesn't work and I don't think that article would resolve my issue. I have revied also other artivles on the web but nothing seems to match my needs.
There is also an info there that outlook should pick the correct "from" account on its own but it failes t odo so Could you help me our or point me to some references that could help ?
Looking forward for anyone's reply and thank you in advance.
