Update Outllook 2010 to Outlook 2013 - Incorrect Forms

I recently updated from Office 2010 to Office 2013. I was using BCM2010 and installed BCM2013. However, the only way I can display the correct forms is if Outlook 2010 is installed. Having two versions of Outlook installed creates other problems that are not workable (ie cann't synch my phone contacts). When I open a contact wtihin BCM2013 the default contact form is displayed for Outlook, not the BCM form. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc. I would greatly appreciate any advise or help. I checked the REGEDIT but I was not able to see anything that made sense. Plus, I do not go into the registry very often (I probably would not recognize it).

Any suggestions .... I know several people have had this problem. But I have not found fix on the internet.
 
Outlook 2010 and 2013 each use a different BCM database and the database is not synced, so you want to avoid using Outlook 2010 if you are using 2013.

Have you tried repairing both the office and bcm installs?
 
If you open other things in BCM then go back to contacts, do they use the correct form? I swear i had the wrong contact form in Contact Management then opened some in business contacts and accounts and now i get the correct form.

Or I'm just nuts and blind. :) But I'm 99.9% sure I did not have the Source section at first.
