Macro only runs within VBA Editor

I located a code which creates an email message with a meeting attendee list including acceptance status. I installed the code and was able to run it without issue from both editor and developer tab macro list dropdown. I exported the code to be able to import onto another computer but now the code doesn't work on either from the macro list. It will only run from within editor where it works perfectly giving no errors. How can I get this to run from the macro list dropdown again?
 
Yes that is the code. There are no errors it just does nothing at all from the dropdown. Yesterday it was opening an email message like it was supposed to. If I open editor and run it works also without errors so I'm at a loss.
