Why some of the mail from Internet shows nothing on Internet header? It's

done by ISP or Exchange server?

If this is an internal mail from Exchange user to Exchange user, it will not

show any Internet headers so confirm that first.

Working with a user and hit this problem myself. So, it turns out the user had sent me a copy of her message from her sent items folder rather than a copy of the rec'd message. Sent items is just a copy of what was sent...so no headers until message goes somewhere.
