Printing Styles No Headers Wanted

I sometimes use Outlook for notes to myself and every now and then desire to print out the body without any of the headers. I have found no way to suppress headers when I am trying to create a new style so I end up using the memo style and though I can live with it, it would be nice to have just the body of my message or "note".
