Using Internet Calendar in Outlook 2007 within Citrix

Several of our employees use Outlook 2007 in Citrix and would like to add an Internet Calendar to their profile. Unfortunately Outlook saves the information for Internet Calendars in a pst file in C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook. Citrix does not save this location as it only saves Roaming profile locations. Is there a way to have Outlook save the Internet Calendar information in a roaming profile ie: C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook.
