Would like to add more fields in the Genral contacts tab

I want to add some more fields in the General Contact tab, without having to create a new form. I know how to get the custom fields just don't know how to change the General tab.

Also one of my co-workers is having a hard time with the activities tab not showing or taking a very very long time to show emails.
 
You can't edit the General tab (well, you can, but it revents the form to the old gray 2002 version) and you can't update the default form. You'll need to save a new form and set it as default.




Activities uses the old search engine and it can be very slow, especially the first time its used for a contact during a session. If you check for Activities for the same contact during the same outlook session, it should be a bit faster.
