I have an external program utilized for short training sessions. After viewing the content, the student takes a short quiz or provides feedback. The student then utilizes a "send results via e-mail" radio button to send an e-mail with the results in a csv format to a common training in-box. For the majority of the students a Micorsoft alert box displays "an exteranl program is trying to send an e-mail" and the student must press allow or deny. This process works well.
For a small percentage, there is no alert box...the e-mail goes straight through, but once recieved there is no csv information in the body. There is only an e-mail and a signature...no body.
Where can I check/set the permissions to #1 get the body of all of the responses...and
#2 if possible, eliminate the step of pressing allow or deny...
thanks
