Hi,

Is it possible to protect the BCM database, so only a few members of staff can load and edit information.

As we are a recruitment company we require this to stop people from downloading the database.

Do you want them to see it in a read-only state or only allow certain people any type of access? You can defintely keep people from accessing it at all. I'm pretty sure you can make it read-only.

We are looking for a few of the team to have Admin access and he rest of the team to be read only...

You can use sql server management studio (where your remote database is installed) to set access permissions...

Here you can also set full access to be able to cutomize it by outlook client.
