Hi,
My company recently installed Business Contact Manager 2010 on a few desktops. I found the BCM 2010 server database tool and installed it on my company's SBS 2003 server.
I am having difficulty connecting the Business Contact Manager that is on my desktop to the server database tool. I put in the name of the computer (server's name) but it cannot find it.
The server is running SQL Server 2005 but I do not know which Service Pack/version.
When I open the database tool to share the database, it gives BKUPEXEC as the Database Server Instance. Is this ok? If not, how do I change the instance? My company is currently using Backup Exec so I do not want to make any changes that will cause Backup Exec to not work.
Thank you.
