Morning all,
I have a couple users who are reporting their emails keep disappearing and reappearing in their mailbox. It seems very difficult to troubleshoot since by the time we get up there, there is either no emails or they have all returned.
I have screenshots from a user that this happened to and I can see that they are in their inbox, and at the bottom of the screen it says "Items: 131 Unread: 28" but the windows just says "There are no items to show in this view."
I feel like i'm missing something really obvious!!
Outlook 2010, Windows 7, Exchange 2010. So far this has only been reported by 3 users, 1 of which has not mentioned it since.
