Outlook 2011 and Emails using GoDaddy

I changed over to GoDaddy for my web hosting.

The contact form on my website comes into Outlook 2011 with the subject line reading: form submission

The email address with the subject is: formmailer@secureserver.net

The problem I have is I can't search for or categorize the contacts in the format the emails are received in. (I don't know how to do that or if it's possible)

GoDaddy used the formmailer@secureserver.net so the web based email clients won't pick it up as spam.

Is there a way to save these emails so I can decipher who the contact is?

Yes, it is. I have attached a screenshot of what the form looks like in the message body.

I just want to create a contact and have the email somehow linked to the contact so when I search the history for the contact, the original email will be part of the search
 
Oh wait, I didn't notice you're using outlook for mac. Sorry about that. I understand office 2011 supports VBA but Outlook does not. You're stuck with applescript or automator (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just not areas i spent anytime working in). I don't know if there is anything in the apple scripting forums that can do what you need - MacScripter / AppleScript | Mac OS X
 
What you are saying is that I will need to run a script in order to create a contact from the form in the text body.
