I have created and published an email form using the standard email template as a starting point. It published and displays with no issues. I am able to use it (fill in and check boxes) and send it. However, when it gets to its destination, none of my fields or check boxes show up - just the standard to/from and body of email.
I looked for the settings to clear the form cache (since I saw that in other posts), but I can't find them on this version of OutLook.
Office 2010 64bit
Additionally, is there an easy way to publish this on OutLook for MAC? Office 2011 Or do I have to start from scratch again?
